Stephanie, Clinical Psychologist and co-founder of Connected Minds, will co-lead the workshop alongside Julie. With a focus on helping individuals discover their true purpose, Stephanie provides valuable insights into aligning personal values with everyday life.

Her approach combines psychological principles with practical exercises, guiding deep self-reflection and meaningful conversations that will empower you to live with intention and clarity.

Julie, coach, facilitator, and founder of Pause Collective, will co-facilitate the workshop alongside Stephanie. With experience is leadership development and personal growth, Julie will help you uncover your true purpose and align your life with your core values.

Her practical approach focuses on actionable strategies for self-reflection and meaningful discussions, empowering you to live with intention and fulfilment and discovering what truly matters to you.

With years of experience and expertise in neurodynamic breathwork, Aiden empowers individuals and organisations to elevate their performance and wellbeing through innovative mindfulness programs.

Aiden will lead a breathwork practice designed to help you reduce stress, boost productivity, and reprogram your subconscious mind for success.

Inner Studio | Saint Haven​

Michelle is a yoga, breathwork, and meditation teacher, as well as a provisional psychologist passionate about performance and wellbeing. A big believer in breathwork as medicine, she helps people explore mind-body practices to improve their relationship with stress and improve overall vitality.

Having experienced the healing power of these modalities firsthand, Michelle aims to inspire you to find your own path to freedom and healing through a light-hearted, curious and compassionate approach.

Steph is a highly experienced Pilates and yoga teacher. Her teaching style focuses on strengthening mind-body connection, building trust in one self and moving in a way that feels fluid yet strong.

Her priority is translating complex movement in a digestible way whilst creating a safe space where you feel empowered to move in a way that simply feels good.

Steph will lead you through a dynamic Pilates practice to get your blood flowing and heart rate moving.
